The surface is easy to keep clean from algae and water deposits because the terra cotta clay is fired with a non-porous, durable glaze. If you choose you can even use this as an indoor floor standing fountain. Included is a quiet, powerful adjustable-flow water pump with a 1-year warranty. The water continuously circulates through the fountain, flowing up through the top tier pool, cascading down the pools at each tier, and into the pool of water in the ceramic basin. The waterfalls sounds are beautiful and soothing.

If Used Outdoors: During freezing outdoor weather, there should be no water within the fountain. The fountain should be taken inside or covered up very well, so that no water accumulates within it NOTE: Being a hand crafted ceramic fountain (made to order), the ceramic textures and color glazes can vary from fountain to fountain. However, your fountain will still be beautiful.
