It fits my space just as I expected. Although the metal is less substantial than I expected, it looks like the photo and is lightweight enough to handle.

I ordered this fountain for our backyard patio when we renovated our patio with a brand new pergola. We had 2 parties coming up and this was the perfect decoration. I set it up with another person helping me and at first it was good but the only thing that kept happening was the water was splashing on the rock tray and water was getting on the floor. I wasn't too happy with that and it's also an indoor fountain. So I unplugged it for awhile and put it together the day of the party. I was able to use the lever to adjust the water flow on the glass. This time it worked! No splashing on rocks and water went straight down into where the water pump is located. I got so many compliments at the party. It even helps when it's hot outside and the dry hot air cools down.

We are very pleased with our overall experience in dealing with the people at Water Fountain Place.com, and with the product itself. We purchased the 72" x 24" Floor Gardenfall Waterfall in black with clear glass. I searched several similar companies on the internet and decided on Water Fountain Place because of their great customer service and their willingness to beat their competitor's prices. The fountain itself arrived in excellent shape, still affixed to the pallet and the independent delivery company was very dependable and professional. As for assembly of the fountain, it was quite easy, although I believe that the photos in the brochure that accompany the narrative steps could be larger and clearer. We did get a little confused on one or two steps and the photos unfortunately weren't much help. Additionally, I believe that it would be helpful if the instruction sheet specified the amount of water (gallons) that is needed to fill the fountain tank to the proper level. In our case, we bought 6 1-gallon jugs of distilled water at the store, only to find out that the tank requires approximately 9 gallons. All this being said, we could not be happier with the final product. It is beautiful, the sound of the water (not unlike a bubbling brook) is not annoying but very relaxing and soothing, and the beautifully built fountain definitely makes a wonderful architectural statement in our home. We heartily recommend Water Fountain Place to any potential customers -- you will very happy with their customer service and with your new fountain. Sincerely, Butch and Jayni
