The Terracotta Cascade solar fountain can be used outdoors without any electricity with the solar panel and solar pump technology.  Power is supplied to the fountain from natural outdoor sun and light. The natural terracotta color will accent any gardens and flowers you have and you can even bring it indoors in the cooler months and utilize the AC adaptor that is included.  When the sun is shining, the 6 volt solar pump in the bottom basin continuously circulates the water up to the top pitcher, where the water cascades down the levels into the pool of water in the basin, making soothing water sounds.

My terracotta cascade solar fountain is beautiful on my deck. It was a little difficult to nestle the small pots that cascade make sure it is on level surface. I also noticed small cracks in the small pots hopefully that won't be a problem in the future. I think the solar panel is wonderful and it's neat that you get the indoor plug too. Soon after I set it up I noticed alot more birds visiting the yard. All in all this is a great product for the budget conscious person.

Received my fountain in good condition. It works well when the sun is strong. I'm grateful it is several pieces so I can move it around easily.

Very nice fountain. Pleasant sound. I really like using the solar power. Fountain comes on when the sun is shining and stops when the sun goes down. This prevents running low on water from evaporation. Works well for me in an area w/o power. Good value for the price.
