I am very happy with my solar fountains. It seems to me that they have improved the performance from the previous one I purchased, which I was happy with also. The water goes higher and the solar panel works even with a little shade on it. I sit and stare at my pond and fountains more now, sometimes for a good hour or so!

We are enjoying the floating lily solar pond fountain immensely. The area we chose to place the fountain does get some shade, and we knew that would affect it's function, but it is great fun to watch and see the difference the shade and clouds make during the day. The water shoots up very high, then is very low and just a trickle, then back up and at every height between. The chickens, cats and dogs here on the farm are all fascinated by it and give us added enjoyment with their antics as the water shoots up. We are very pleased with the purchase.

The fountain unit looks great, and build quality seems to be excellent. The only downside is the usual problem with solar units - it only works in direct sunlight. I'd be willing to pay more for a unit with solar and a battery that could run longer.
