No two pieces of slate or marble are alike. The texture and color of the slate varies. For an additional fee you can select your own stone. You will get a quality image of 5 different stones to choose from. The stone you select will be the actual stone used to make your fountain. This option adds about a week production time. I purchased this wall fountain for my entry way and I get comments on it all the time. The stone is beautiful, rich looking and the glistnening water flow is so eye catching my guests just want to watch it for a bit when they first arrive. The pump is very quite which was one thing I was worried about. It also adds moisture to our home which is so needed. I love its easy installation too.
